Share a team's schedule with families

Every team has a public, read-only page at its own link. It's built for parents to open on a phone from a group chat. They see practice times and games, and nothing else. No player list, no other teams, no login.

Get a team's link

1. Open Games.
2. Scroll to Share team schedules.
3. Each team has a link that starts with /t/. Click it to preview the page.
4. Send that link to the team's families.

The link is long and unguessable on purpose. Anyone with it can view the schedule, so share it with the team, not the whole internet.

What families see

• The team name, division, season, and coach.
• Practice times: night, time, and field.
• Games: home and away teams, date and time, and field.

If practices or games aren't set yet, the page says so plainly instead of showing a blank.

It stays current on its own

The page reads live from your season. When you change a practice slot or regenerate the game schedule, the page updates. The same link keeps working. You don't resend anything.

If a family says the link is dead

Confirm you sent the current link from the Games screen. If a team's page reports that the link isn't active, check with us. The team may need its share link reset.
