Your LeagueRun code does not work

Codes are short and they are typed by hand, so most failures are ordinary. Work down this list.

Check the code itself

Retype it rather than pasting, and watch for characters that look alike. Codes do not contain spaces.

The code is no longer valid

Codes expire, and your commissioner can turn one off. If your commissioner sent you a newer code, the older one stops working. Use the most recent one you received.

If the code you have is the newest one and it still fails, ask your commissioner to send a fresh one. They can generate a new code at any time without disturbing anything.

You cannot sign in at all

The code is separate from your account. If you cannot get past the sign-in screen, use the password reset link. Once you are signed in, enter the code.

You are offline

Importing a roster needs a connection. Everything else in SquadRotate works offline, but this one step does not. Try again on a better signal.

Still stuck

Contact your commissioner. They can confirm the team was sent, check the email address the code went to, and issue a replacement. If it still will not go through, they will escalate it for you.

You can always build the roster by hand in the meantime. Nothing about the code is required to use SquadRotate.
